One tracking number per order
Pick and Pack is when you send us boxes of loose items, and as orders enter our system, we “pick and pack” all the items into our own boxes, and ship them on your behalf. Basic packaging is included at no cost.
Limitations
- Entire order must fit in stock packaging.
- If an order is too big for one stock box, then the order will be split across multiple stock boxes. Each additional box will have an additional shipped fee.
- Inside packaging is included at no additional charge, but may vary based on availability.
Free packaging
Our free packaging includes all of the materials necessary to ensure we can accommodate most standard-sized products. However, in the event that your product does not fit in our free packaging or where it can be more cost-effectively sent using other package types, Shipwire will pull from a wider assortment of custom boxes to find the best possible fit. Your order quote will automatically include any packaging charges, and you will also see packaging charge breakdowns on a per order basis. Please contact your Shipwire Sales Representative if you have any additional questions.
One tracking number per item
Shipwire Lick ‘n Stick® service is when you send us pre-sealed boxes, and as orders enter our system, we simply print, peel-off and attach (aka “lick ‘n stick”) a shipping label to the boxes, and ship them on your behalf.
Details:
- Each item must be received in a shippable mailer or box
- Box or shippable mailer must be large enough to accommodate a shipping label.
- Domestic orders (i.e. those shipping from a warehouse to an address in same country), need to have a box surface of at least 6″x6″. We can wrap the shipping label around, so as long as your box has a sum of dimensions that can fit the label. For example, we can handle the following boxes: 6″ x 4″ x 2″, or 6″ x 5″ x 1″.
- International orders (i.e. those shipping from a warehouse to an address in a different country) need a box surface of at least 8.5″ x 5.5″, or roughly a piece of printer paper folded in half. If your box is smaller, we will automatically pack it in a larger box for international orders only, and rate it accordingly.
- Each item will be shipped individually, in the sealed mailer or box in which it was received (with the exception already noted above for International orders that are too small to handle the shipping label)
- Each item has a maximum size limitation of 4′ x 4′ x 4′ (1 pallet)
